Boshangyun is focused on creating omni-channel management systems for businesses that want to adopt the online-to-offline (O2O) commerce strategy. The F4 system is created for small to mid-size businesses. 

F4A is the business-facing product within the F4 system. It comes in app and desktop web. It is free to use and currently comes in only one template design. We decided to minimize customizability at this point in time because we are targeting local businesses that have no online presence. We want to minimize the amount of effort they need to invest in trying out this new sales channel: try out our product. And as these businesses become more comfortable with this new system and want to expand, our company will grow with them by providing more template design options and extra, advanced features for a fee.   

I led the designing of the UX, created all of the user interfaces for the F4A app, and created portions of the user interfaces for F4A desktop web.
